Reel Unlimited operates a strict no-refund policy for all services globally. All sales are final. Once payment is processed for any service, subscription, or add-on, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances across all regions where we operate.

This policy applies to all Reel Unlimited services including:

  • Monthly subscriptions (Standard and Pro plans)

  • 30-day access services

  • Single project purchases

  • White-label add-on services

  • Any additional services or features purchased

Global Application: This policy applies to customers worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Poland, France, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Nigeria. For regions not specifically listed, these global terms apply universally.

By using our services anywhere in the world, you agree there will be no refund whatsoever for any purchase made through Reel Unlimited.


2. SERVICE-SPECIFIC NO-REFUND TERMS

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes Standard plans, Pro plans, and any subscription-based services with 2-month minimum commitments. Termination fees for early cancellation are also non-refundable.

2.2 30-Day Access Services

All payments for 30-day access services are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, the 30-day period begins immediately and cannot be refunded regardless of usage or circumstances.

2.3 Single Project Services

All single project purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed for any individual project service, the payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2.4 White-Label Services

All white-label add-on purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes branded portals, custom domains, and any white-label features or services.

2.5 Additional Services and Add-ons

Any additional services, features, or add-ons purchased are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or satisfaction.


3. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND MANAGEMENT

3.1 No Renewal Refunds

We do not refund renewal subscription payments for any reason, whether you are a new or existing client. It is your sole responsibility to track your subscription and ensure you cancel before the next renewal period if you no longer wish to continue.

3.2 User Responsibility for Cancellation

If you forget to cancel your subscription and our system processes the renewal payment, we will not under any conditions or circumstances issue any refund. Our cancellation process is straightforward and easily accessible through your dashboard.

3.3 Accidental Renewal Policy

In case of accidental renewal, clients can cancel their subscription through their dashboard, but access to the service will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle, whether the service is used or not. No refunds will be issued for accidental renewals - cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.


4. INFORMED PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By making a payment for Reel Unlimited services in any region or by continuing to use Reel Unlimited services, you acknowledge, agree to, and support our no-refund policy. You explicitly acknowledge that you have:

  • Reviewed our service scope and concurrent project limits

  • Understood the difference between subscription plans, 30-day access, and single projects

  • Understood the difference between regular services and white-label add-ons

  • Accepted that all sales are final with no refunds available for any purchases or renewals

  • Made an informed purchasing decision with full knowledge of our no-refund policy

4.1 Acceptance Documentation

Our system automatically records your acceptance of these terms upon signup and continued service usage, including your name and the exact time and date of acceptance. This documented acceptance serves as evidence in any payment dispute and may be presented to financial institutions or legal authorities as proof of your informed consent to this policy.

4.2 Ongoing Agreement

Each continued use of our services, including submitting projects, accessing your dashboard, or allowing subscription renewals, constitutes renewed acceptance of this no-refund policy, regardless of whether you are a new or existing client.


5. SERVICE ACCESS AND BILLING CYCLES

Your access to Reel Unlimited services remains active until the end of your paid billing period:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly in local currency, access continues until billing cycle ends

  • 30-Day Access: Provides 30 calendar days of service access from purchase date

  • Single Projects: Access to submit and receive one project as advertised

  • White-Label Add-ons: Features remain active for the duration of your subscription period

If you cancel your subscription, you maintain full access until the end of your current billing period, ensuring you receive the service period you've paid for.


6. WORK OWNERSHIP AND NON-USAGE POLICY

6.1 Work Ownership Rights

All design work created during your active service period remains your property according to our Terms of Service. Upon cancellation or service end, you retain full ownership rights to all completed and delivered work from your paid service period. Our no-refund policy does not affect these ownership rights.

6.2 Non-Usage Policy

Reel Unlimited is not responsible for and cannot refund services due to non-usage. If you do not use the service during your active period, you are free to cancel to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current period.

Important Non-Usage Terms:

  • No refunds will be issued if you don't use the service but keep it active without cancelling

  • Service fees are charged regardless of utilization levels

  • It is your responsibility to cancel if you no longer need the service

  • Non-usage does not constitute grounds for refund under any circumstances

  • This applies to all service types across all regions

Whether you submit zero projects or reach your limits, the service fee remains the same. Our pricing model is based on service availability and team allocation, not usage volume.


7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION RIGHTS

Reel Unlimited reserves the right to terminate service to accounts exhibiting:

  • Payment disputes or unauthorized chargebacks

  • Violation of our Terms of Service

  • Harassment of our global team members

  • Misuse of our platform or services

Account termination due to policy violations does not result in refunds for any services purchased.


8. CHARGEBACK POLICY

By subscribing to Reel Unlimited in any region, you expressly agree that chargebacks are never acceptable recourse given our no-refund policy. This agreement may be presented to financial institutions in payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent loss of all work ownership rights

  • Permanent account ban from all Reel Unlimited services globally

  • Potential debt collection action across applicable jurisdictions

  • Legal action to recover costs and damages

We maintain this policy to protect our business operations internationally.


9. PAYMENT TERMS AND PROCESSING

9.1 Payment Structure

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Require 2-month minimum commitment, then monthly billing

  • 30-Day Access: One-time payment for 30 calendar days of service

  • Single Projects: One-time payment per project at advertised rates

  • White-Label Add-ons: Billed at advertised rates per billing cycle

9.2 Currency and Processing

All payments are processed in local currency where available (EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, etc.) and are final and non-refundable. This payment structure allows us to properly allocate our global team resources to your projects.


10. EXCEPTIONS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

10.1 Limited Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy except where explicitly required by applicable law. In cases of duplicate charges due to technical errors, we will correct such errors promptly, but this does not constitute a refund of legitimately charged services.

10.2 Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions where we operate. Where local law requires specific exceptions, we will comply accordingly while maintaining our general no-refund stance.

This Refund Policy governs all Reel Unlimited services and purchases globally. All sales are final with no exceptions except where required by law.
